Telenor upgrades mobile base stations on Arctic Race of Norway route

Telenor Norway said it has invested more than NOK 20 million in its mobile network along the route of the Arctic Race of Norway, which runs from 16 to 19 August. It has added three base stations to the route in Northerly Finnmark county and has upgraded 50 other from 2G to 4G. This is Telenor's third year as the official cooperation partner of the cycling race, which runs for 700 km in four stages from Vadso to Alta.
