Teleste collects record orders of EUR 64 mln in Q2

Teleste reported second-quarter sales up 20.9 percent year-on-year to EUR 59.7 million, and orders rose 27.5 percent to a record EUR 64.1 million. Teleste said it saw good demand for its Doscis 3.1 products, and sales were also helped by the Mitron acquisition. Operating profit increased to EUR 2.5 million from EUR 1.4 million a year ago, and EPS doubled to EUR 0.10, helped by strong delivery volumes in access network products and improved profitability at the video headend products.
