Televisa fined MXN 53.8 mln in Mexico

Mexico's competition watchdog CFC has fined media group Grupo Televisa 53.8 million (approximately USD 4.2 million). CFC claims Televisa failed to meet conditions imposed when the watchdog authorized its purchase of cable TV company Cablemas.
