Televisa sells Radiopolis stake for MXN 1.5 bln

Mexican broadcaster and cable operator Grupo Televisa announced the sale of its remaining 50 percent stake in Sistema Radiopolis, a grouping of 17 radio stations in Mexico, to the Corporativo Coral business of the Aleman family. In a short statement, Televisa said it will receive MXN 1.248 billion for the stake, as well as a dividend of around MXN 200 million at closing.
