Televisa to take legal action against fraud allegations

Mexico's Grupo Televisa, the country's leading TV broadcaster, has pledged to take legal action against those responsible for sending an anonymous 15-page letter accusing senior executives of diverting around USD 1 billion in cash payments from the company. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, the letter alleges the money was paid by half a dozen Mexican state governments, the federal government as well as political parties for infomercials.
