Telia Denmark says most children get first mobile phone at age 8.5 years

Telia Denmark said that most Danish children get their first mobile telephone when they are 8.5 years old, citing a survey that it commissioned from YouGov. However, most people think age 10.6 years is more appropriate. The difference could be explained by the fact that not all the adults who answered the questionnaire were adults, said the operator.
