Telia Lithuania introduces customer service chatbot

The operator Telia Lithuania has introduced the customer service chatbot Aita (Artificial Intelligence Telia Assistant). It began testing the chatbot in October and it is now available to all customers on its corporate website. The service will be upgraded and a final version is due to be introduced at the beginning of 2020.
