Telia Norway launches Google Play carrier billing with Fortumo

Telia Norway partnered with Fortumo to allow its 2 million subscribers to pay for content from the Google Play app store by charging purchases to their phone bill. On top of the technical project management and development necessary for the launch, Fortumo will share experience and insights on the ways in which the operator can earn more money from the app store.
