Telia Norway says govt coronavirus announcement causes 22% rise in data use, doubling of voice calls

Telia Norway said its network has withstood the extra load since the Norwegian government announced measures on 12 March to combat the spread of coronavirus. On the day of the announcement, voice calls almost doubled, and internet use rose by 22 percent over normal levels. Telia said this proves its network is robust and has sufficient capacity.
