Telia says Finns still enjoy watching TV at home but are more amenable to small screens and subscriptions

​​​​​​​Telia Finland said that Finns like watching TV, going online and making calls from home, but mobile viewing is increasing and people are more willing to pay for their entertainment. Research commissioned from Bilendi in September found that 57 percent of Finns regard television as very important. The importance of TV declined between 2013 and 2016 but has since staged a comeback, thanks to the broader selection of output and the proliferation of smart TV sets.
