Telia says modern customer care lifts sales 5-10% in 2-3 yrs

Telia Company and consultancy Arthur D Little have brought out a report in Swedish regarding the future of customer services. It said companies that adopt new technology and who focus on customer convenience, can expect to raise revenue by between 5 percent and 10 percent within two to three years. Two out of three major European companies have begun this approach but only 4 percent can be regarded as pioneers.
