Telia Sweden says only targeted data retention is acceptable

Telia Company has commented on the recent European Court of Justice ruling in a case brought by Tele2 Sweden that said member states may not impose a general obligation to retain data on providers of electronic communications services. It said only targeted data retention is acceptable.
