Telia tops EPSI poll of customer satisfaction with Finnish firms' coronavirus management

Telia Finland said it has come top in a survey by EPSI Rating of customer satisfaction with Finnish companies during the coronavirus crisis. Heli Partanen, president and CEO of Telia Finland, said the importance of reliable connections comes under the spotlight in this exceptional situation. Telia scored the highest mark among mobile operators at 76.5, with DNA scoring 72.2 and Elisa achieving 69.4.
