TeliaSonera says 4G use beats 3G in Sweden, Norway, Denmark

Wednesday 17 December 2014 | 12:23 CET | News
TeliaSonera said 4G data traffic outgrew 3G just before its fifth anniversary, and now accounts for more than 50 percent of total mobile traffic in Sweden (57%), Norway (55%) and Denmark (54%). The world's first LTE networks were launched on 14 December 2009 in Stockholm in Oslo. Since then, TeliaSonera has added ten more markets to its 4G footprint, said Allan Kock, Director for Radio Networks at TeliaSonera.
