Telkom Kenya goes to court over KES 15 bln property compensation

Telkom Kenya has started a court battle with the government over a KES 15 billion prime property in Nairobi intended as the site of a sports complex, Business Daily reported. In December 2021, a court restrained contractor Dallo Holdings to stop any further construction there, pending the hearing of the case on 24 January.
