Telkom South Africa plans to offer e-commerce services to SMEs

Telkom South Africa is targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as it seeks to diversify its revenue streams through a blend of services including e-commerce, ITWeb reported. Telkom is facing a massive decline in fixed voice revenue. It says that in the coming days, it will launch a digital "ecosystem" targeting SMEs.
