Telmex, Cisco team up to bring Wi-Fi to Mexico venue

Mexican operator Telmex and Cisco have revealed the details of the free Wi-Fi network installed in Mexico City's Auditorio Nacional, one of the country's leading entertainment venues. Audiences of over 10,000 people can now connect their mobile devices to a state of the art high speed mobile network, the first High Density and Gigabit Wi-Fi network set up in Mexico. The network will be managed under Cisco Prime infrastructure, which simplifies the management of wireless and wired networks, allowing all those that attend the Auditorio Nacional to navigate at an average of 10 Mbps up and down
