Telstar wins fourth telecom licence in Angola

Telstar has won the fourth telecommunications licence in the public tender called by Angola's Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technologies. A total of 18 national entities and nine foreign entities expressed interest, of which six acquired the tender documents and three submitted bids. In the end, two were invited to submit the technical and financial bids.
