Telstra expands 5G network to 47 cities

Australian operator Telstra has announced that its 5G network currently covers 47 cities. The operator initially planned to cover 35 Australian cities with its 5G services before June 2020. Telstra also reports that its 5G services are currently available to more than 8 million Australians. More than 700 suburbs across Australia are now more than 50 percent covered by Telstra's 5G, with some covered up to 100 percent.
