Telus allows staff to work from home until 2021

Canadian operator Telus decided to allow its vast majority of employees to work from home until 2021 in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Leveraging its networks, Telus enabled 95 percent of staff to work remotely since the pandemic began, including 99 percent of domestic call centre employees.
