Tencent to raise USD 600 million with unsecured notes issue

Chinese online games and internet portal company Tencent Holdings has priced USD 600 million unsecured senior notes at 3.375 percent. The notes will mature after 5.5 years and will be listed on the stock exchange of Hong Kong with trading to commence on 6 September. Tencent is expecting proceeds of the offering of USD 594 million, which the company will use for general corporate purposes.
