Teo agrees EUR 150 mln loan to buy Omnitel shares

Teo has signed an agreement with SEB Bank and Danske Bank for a EUR 150 million long-term loan for the acquisition of shares in Omnitel. It was announced in October that Teo would acquire 100 percent of Omnitel from their common owner, TeliaSonera. The total value of the deal amounts to EUR 220 million on a cash and debt-free basis.
