Teo to offer CRM system from Sems Technologies

Lithuanian fixed operator Teo has signed a contract with Lithuanian company Sems Technologies, reports Vz.lt.  The deal gives the operator the right to distribute and implement the SemsEye CRM system from Sems Technologies and receive a commission fee from sales. Sems Technologies is also negotiating on the CRM system with Teo's shareholder TeliaSonera. The SemsEye handheld device with video camera is used to track and analyse customer flow and behaviour in shops.
