Terago extends maturity date for credit facility

Canadian spectrum owner Terago said it has amended its credit facility, with the Royal Bank of Canada replacing the National Bank of Canada as its new administrative agent and lender, and the maturity date extended to 30 June 2022 from 14 June 2021. The Toronto Dominion Bank has also become a lender. The facilities under the credit agreement total USD 35 million, including a USD 30.0 million non-revolving term facility and a USD 5.0 million revolving operating credit facility.
