TeraGo starts 5G fixed-wireless trials in Greater Toronto

Friday 1 May 2020 | 11:02 CET | News
Canada's TeraGo has started 5G fixed-wireless technical trials in the Greater Toronto Area, at its Thornhill head office location, using 5G network equipment from Nokia. Initial testing will be in the 38 GHz frequency band. TeraGo will be using customer premise equipment from Askey Computer for the tests, which will be carried out over the coming few weeks. Customers trials will start in the second half, delayed by the impact of the covid-19 pandemic.
