Tet, Tilde launch new bot-powered info-line on Covid-19

Latvian fixed operator Tet, in cooperation with the language technology company Tilde, has launched a Covid-19 information line served by a virtual assistant bot. The service runs on a toll-free number. The bot is able to answer the most common questions about Covid-19, providing easy access to reliable and up-to-date information, while continuing to learn and master the latest topics.
