Thales joins with Tata for security IoT connectivity service

Tuesday 16 July 2019 | 11:34 CET | News
Digital security specialist Thales and Tata Communications will together develop a secure IoT connectivity service for the global market. The product will leverage Tata's Move mobility and IoT platform and Thales's T-Sure warranted digital identity offering and maintain the integrity and security of IoT data generated by connected devices such as cars and trucks. Tata's Move encrypts data in motion (in current use), while T-Sure protects the information at rest (archived) on the Sim: this means data will be safeguarded on both the network and at the device level.
