Tieto, MeaWallet launch m-wallet for financial institutions

Nordic IT services company Tieto has joined forces with mobile services provider MeaWallet to provide a mobile wallet service for financial institutions. MeaWallet will implement Tieto's card management system to provide a range of services such as access cards, coupons, tickets, loyalty cards, ID. The service includes a mobile wallet as well as integration and consultation services. The Mobile Wallet will allow the use of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets as means of secure payments.
