Tieto says quarter of Nordic firms do not coordinate IT

Nordic organisations lack a coordinated overview of their IT services, according to Finnish software and services company Tieto, citing a study it had commissioned from IDC. Despite using an increasingly wide array of IT suppliers, most have model for Service Integration and Management (SIAM). Almost a quarter say they have no coordinating system in place at all.
