Tigo Bolivia extends Sucre fibre coverage, launches triple play plans

Bolivian operator Tigo has announced plans to expand its fibre-optic network in the southern city of Sucre, reports Correo del Sur, citing local manager Pablo Guardia. The company currently reaches 10,000 premises in Sucre and is looking to double the number of connected homes by the end of the year. The announcement coincided with the launch of the Tigo's Plan Hogar triple play service, with broadband, pay-TV and mobile telephony packages available for BOB 257 to BOB 660 a month.
