Tigo Bolivia to provide customer services in sign language

Tigo Bolivia has decided to train customer service operators across the country to express themselves in sign language, enabling fluid communication with consumers who are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech impairment, reports Pagina Siete. In addition to facilitating access to services provided by Tigo, this programme will raise awareness of the importance of sign language in Bolivia, said the report.
