I work in Chad, and, may I say that Tigo and Airtel's internet service is a joke. Further, any "improvements" will only be noticed in N'Djamena which is hardly representative of the large parts of the country that have no steady supply of electricity or computers or that matter. Tigo and Airtel can't even ensure steady GSM services. Like all Telecom "investors" they're quick to collect money, and very slow to provide an effective customer service contact centre that can reimburse wasted internet subscriptions. 4G? A joke in Chad for consumers who can't afford 3G phones let alone 4G.
