Tigo Senegal launches Facebook Flex service

Mobile operator Tigo Senegal has launched Facebook Flex, a service allowing customers to use Facebook messaging and make comments for free when they have at least XOF 100 of credit in their account. Customers who want to see pictures switch into pay mode if they want to see pictures. Tigo Senegal and Facebook started working together in June last year.
