Tigo Senegal names Mass Thiam as CEO

Tigo Senegal announced that Mass Thiam has been appointed to the role of CEO, replacing Mitwa Kaemba Ng'ambi. Aged 47, Thiam has covered several senior roles in his career and has more recently worked for Aggreko in the energy sector. From March 2014 to September 2016, he was at the helm of Teyliom Properties in Senegal, a subsidiary of Teyliom group. This group is one of the three partners in the consortium that has recently acquired the operator from Millicom.
