Tigo Tanzania in plans to list on Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange by end of June

Friday 12 April 2019 | 10:19 CET | News
Tigo Tanzania has announced that it will list on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange by the end of June, after fulfilling the listing requirements, the EastAfrican reported. In 2017, the company started the listing process in compliance with the Electronic and Postal Act of 2010, which requires telecom companies to list 25 percent of their shares on the bourse. However, it was delayed by a legal dispute over ownership, which was only decided in late 2018.
