TIM Brasil expects Oi Movel deal to be approved by year-end

The CEO of TIM Brasil, Pietro Labriola, expects that the acquisition of Oi's mobile assets by TIM, Claro and Vivo will be approved by the end of this year, reports Valor Economico. The deal still requires clearance from the competition (Cade) and telecom (Anatel) authorities.
