TIM Brasil launches virtual assistant based on IBM Watson

TIM has launched a virtual assistant based on IBM Watson. The service, in IBM's public cloud, will serve customers by voice, reports Teletime. The assistant answers people's questions or problems in natural language and in real time, covering issues such as plan benefits, payment of bills, contracting data, unlocking lines and other information. Since the launch of the virtual assistant, more than three million self-service calls have been made.
