TIM Brasil to reimburse customers for improper billing

TIM Brasil will pay out BRL 4 million to reimburse clients who have been unduly charged, according to the Conduct Adjustment Agreement signed with Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel). As part of its reimbursement plan, TIM has created an area on its website for former customers to verify whether they are entitled to compensation.
