TIM Brasil to switch off 2G network in 50 Brazilian cities

As part of the 2G network sharing agreement signed with Vivo in cities with less than 30,000 inhabitants, TIM Brasil is planning to switch off its 2G antennas in 50 cities as part of a pilot project, before a larger roll-out in 2021, reports Telesintese.
