TIM brings Street Control smart city service to Putignano

TIM (Telecom Italia) has reached an agreement with the town council of Putignano in the central Apulia region to implement its Street Control smart city service aimed at improving road safety. The service is part of TIM's Urban Security suite and allows the town's police officers to use a combination of on-car cameras and tablets to detect stolen vehicles, parking infringements and check for insurance coverage.
