Time dotcom's Q1 revenue jumps nearly 13% on data centre, data business growth

Monday 7 June 2021 | 10:10 CET | News
Malaysian operator Time dotcom posted revenue of MYR 331.3 million for its first quarter ended 31 March 2021, which represents a growth of 12.7 percent year-on-year. Revenue growth was mainly boosted by the operator's data centre and data product business. Profit before tax slightly declined by 0.1 percent to MYR 125.4 million for the first quarter of 2021. This was primarily the result of a lower net gain on foreign exchange of MYR 8.3 million in the quarter, compared to MYR 27.1 million in year-earlier period, the company said.
