TiVo inks multi-year license agreement with Fnac Darty group

TiVo has signed an intellectual property license agreement with the Fnac Darty retail group. Under the multi-year deal, the consumer electronics division of the group will have access to TiVo's IP portfolio for its range of own-brand set-top boxes (STB) and TV products across Europe.
