Tmcel receives unified telecom services licence in Mozambique

Mocambique Telecom (Tmcel) received the Unified Telecommunications License, through which it is qualified to provide telecommunications services regardless of the technology, without the need to obtain spectrum or other applicable rules. The Chairman of the Communications Regulatory Authority of Mozambique (Arecom), Ema Chicoco confirmed the news. Tmcel's CEO Mohamed Jusob said the operator is committed to becoming the largest telecom company in the country within the next four years.
