T-Mobile Austria launches UMTS services

T-Mobile Austria is complying with the specifications of the UMTS license it holds and launches 3G services, without commercial necessities. Through the preconditions for a widespread market launch have not yet been fully satisfied, Georg Poelzl, Managing Director of T-Mobile Austria, explains: "As a partner remaining loyal to the contract, we are satisfying our specifications and launching a commercial offer.
