Togocel to launch LTE commercial offers in April

Togocel will launch its first LTE commercial offers in Togo's capital Lome at the end of April, according to its CEO Affoh Atcha-Dedji. Interviewed by L'Afrique Aujourd'hui, Atcha-Dedji said that a competitive broadband market is becoming a reality in the country, as he revealed that the fibre network of Vivendi's subsidiary GVA will become operational by the end of March in selected areas of the capital.
