T-Online Germany launches mobile banking service

T-Online Germany has launched a new mobile version of its online banking service. Customers can install the mobile banking software on their mobile phones free of charge, paying only mobile data connections fees. The new service uses 128-bit AES encryption and complies with the PIN/TAN (FinTS) security standard. The mobile banking services works with all current phones from Nokia, Motorola and Sony Ericsson, as well as Java-enabled handsets with colour displays and high resolution that are no older than three years.
