TOT adopts MaxLinear's G.hn for gigabit broadband service launch

MaxLinear, a provider of radio frequency (RF), analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, has won a contract from Thai fixed-line operator TOT. The Thai operator has launched Super Speed by Giga Wire, a new gigabit broadband internet service that is powered by MaxLinear G.hn service. The service uses equipment developed by Zaram Technology, a supplier of broadband networking equipment based in South Korea.
