Totum Labs closes USD 13 mln Series A to develop satellite IoT chip

Satellite IoT connectivity company Totum Labs completed a USD 13 million Series A financing, bringing Totum's total funding since launch to USD 15.5 million. Heroic Ventures and Space Capital co-led the investment round with participation from existing investors, including Qualcomm co-founder Andrew Viterbi and new strategic investor Qamcom. The investment will allow the company to accelerate the deployment and commercialisation of its low power sensor for satellite network connectivity.
