Toulouse city hall measures base station emissions

The city government of Toulouse, France, has begun its project of measuring the transmission power of 30 mobile base stations dubbed "black spots" by neighbours, reports 20 Minutes. The antennas in question are suspected of abnormally high levels of electromagnetic emissions, which could theoretically present health risks to people living near them. So far residents' associations have submitted 17 addresses to city hall.
