TRA employs robots to serve customers

The UAE's Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has announced the employment of a number of robots to provide some services to customers and visitors, in order to upgrade service delivery mechanisms and moving towards government process automation. The initiative concept uses "smart solutions" and reduces human intervention in order to complete transactions in faster and more efficient ways, while maintaining the progress and privacy of applications.
